By downloading, installing, or using the DoggedIt AI mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and DoggedIt AI ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

DoggedIt AI is a mobile application designed for live streaming billiards and pool matches. Core features include:

• Live streaming directly to YouTube and Facebook
• Automatic stream creation via YouTube and Facebook APIs
• Real-time scoreboard overlays and customizable styles
• Player and game configuration, including race settings and game types
• Channel and sponsor logo overlays
• Local recording directly to your device
• Device-only mode for playing/recording without streaming
• Stream privacy selection for supported platforms
• AI-assisted features such as ball detection and enhanced visuals
• Remote scoreboard updating via Firebase (metadata only)
• Score updates using supported Bluetooth game controllers
• Automatic saving and restoring of match setup data

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You may authenticate using Google, YouTube, or Facebook
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses due to compromised accounts

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

• Streaming billiards and pool-related content
• Using the App for personal, educational, or commercial purposes
• Configuring games, scoreboards, and overlays

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Stream unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Violate third-party platform rules (YouTube, Facebook)
• Distribute content containing nudity, violence, or abusive material
• Reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App
• Interfere with App operations or security

5. Third-Party Platform Integration

5.1 Platform Compliance

• You must comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service
• You must comply with Facebook’s Terms and Community Standards
• Authentication and stream publication follow each platform’s rules

5.2 Required Notices

The App uses the YouTube API Services. By using the App, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Facebook streams may default to the audience settings selected in your Facebook Business Integrations page.

5.3 Platform Limitations

• We are not responsible for Facebook or YouTube outages
• API changes may affect functionality
• Facebook may override your selected privacy settings depending on your account configuration

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of all streamed or recorded content
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with laws
• No video content is stored on DoggedIt servers

6.2 Our IP

• App design, code, scoreboard styles, and branding belong to DoggedIt AI
• You may not copy, alter, or redistribute the App

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

• No video content or personal data is stored on DoggedIt servers
• All data processing occurs locally on your device
• Firebase is used only for scoreboard metadata—not personal data

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

• The App is provided “as is” without warranty
• Streaming quality depends on your device and internet connection
• We may modify or discontinue features at any time

8.2 Technical Limitations

• Performance varies by device
• Some features may not be available on all devices or regions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoggedIt AI is not liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Streaming interruptions or platform outages
• Technical failures or device incompatibility
• Content published to your accounts
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the App (if any)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoggedIt AI from claims arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your content or streaming activities
• Your violation of these Terms or third-party platform rules

11. Termination

11.1 By You

• You may uninstall the App at any time
• You may revoke access to third-party platforms via their settings

11.2 By Us

• We may suspend access for Terms violations

12. Updates and Modifications

• We may update the App to improve functionality and security
• These Terms may be updated from time to time

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas.
